RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy from the date of order for an exchange or credit note. This includes flash sale items and does not include final sale items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. 

If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please visit here with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 1-3 business days.

If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.

As all of our collections are limited edition collection, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
