In case you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, you can login to your mansi salhotra account and place and return request.
You will receive an email with a shipping label.
Tape your package and remove the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package and we will arrange a pickup for you.
Pickup will be attempted 3 times only and if you are unable to handover the package, you will have to self-ship it.
In case of self-ship the parcel please pack it securely to avoid any damage during transit.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail,as any returned items that is not received by us will be treated as not returned.
After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID on firstname.lastname@example.org
We don’t acknowledge articles of clothing that have cosmetics marks, smudges, smell of aroma or Stench.
Once we have received your product we will go through the necessary quality check and then notify you the approval or rejection of the product.
If you are approved we will process your refund in your bank account or your Mansi Salhotra account in the form of store credit.
In case of upi/wallet/net banking refund will be directly credited to the original source of payment & In case of cash on delivery refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer.
You can buy any of our product whenever you wish to from the store credit available in your mansi Salhotra account.
Returned items should be in a same condition with all the labels & tags intact.
Things should not have been worn, washed or changed in any capacity.
If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in a bearable condition we reserve the right to not process the refund.
Products that has your own customised label cannot be returned.

Cancellation of the product by us
Our company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any product featured on the website without any specified reason. It is to be noted that there may be some situations where the product needs to be canceled at our sole discretion, including some limitations on quantities unavailable for purchase at that required moment. If there are some discrepancies in the quality of the product, its delivery, address errors, pricing details, or any defect in the product, we have the right to keep them on hold till the new product delivery is assured.
To enhance customer service and their overall website experience, we may need additional verification or information from the customer before accepting any order. Our team will contact you, in case we find any portion of the provided details finds discrepancies or errors. For any product cancellation from the customer’s side, they are entitled to receive the refund amount to the original mode of payment within 7 days.
Cancellation by user
In case of requests for order cancellations, our company reserves the right to accept or reject proposals for order cancellations for any reason specified on your personal account. As part of our usual business rules, if we received a cancellation or a refusal request for the product and the said product has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the product delivery and refund the amount within 7 business days.
Our company accepts cancellation requests only if they are made within 24 hours of the original purchase of the product on the website. We will not be able to entertain cancelation requests for a product that have been canceled after the expiry of 24 hours from the order booking. We reserve the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute any reason made by us and accepts our decision regarding the product delivery refusal or cancellation.
